How to Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What if I don't know my order number?

You will receive an order confirmation from us that is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please make sure to also check your spam mail box if you do not see it in your main box. Email comes from either orders@theconnectedrider.com or from “Shipping Easy”.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order has already packed and/or shipped we are unable to change the shipping address. If the order has not shipped we can change the order address on orders paid with any payment method other than PayPal or Amazon Pay.

I only got part of my order?

We send shipments sometimes in multiple packages either because of size, or location of the item. You will receive additional tracking numbers via email once those items have been shipped. If it’s been more than seven business days since your order was placed please email us at orders@theconnectedrider.com

What if my order does not show shipped?

Most order ship within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends and holidays however some orders may require additional processing time due to security reviews or backorder issues. Rest assured if your order is delayed we will send you an email as to why, however this is extremely rare. You will also receive an email notification from us when order ships, along with the tracking number.

Where is my tracking number?

You will also receive an email notification from us when order ships, along with the tracking number or you can enter your email address and order number above to view your order progress and tracking number.
